Todd Moore is currently serving as the Senior Vice President of Asset Management, Servicing and Compliance at The Community Preservation Corporation since September 2018. Prior to this role, Todd worked as an Independent Consultant at Moore Advisory and Consulting Services, served as Chief Operating Officer at Hart Advisors Group, and held Managing Director positions at Presidium Asset Solutions. Todd has extensive experience in asset management and loan servicing in the real estate industry, with a strong background in negotiating loan modifications and managing commercial loan portfolios. Todd holds an MBA in Finance from the University of North Texas and a BBA in Finance from The University of Texas at Austin.
