Jason L. Osborn is an experienced finance professional specializing in multifamily and affordable housing lending. Currently serving as a Mortgage Officer and Assistant Vice President at The Community Preservation Corporation since May 2018, Jason oversees construction and permanent financing initiatives within the New York City Originations Department. As a self-employed consultant since April 2018, Jason advises mission-driven organizations and small businesses on securing commercial loans for growth and expansion. Previous roles include Director of Housing Finance at the Local Initiatives Support Corporation, Senior Project Manager at the New York City Housing Development Corporation, and Multifamily Mortgage Underwriter at Freddie Mac. Jason holds a Master's degree in Real Estate Finance from Georgetown University and a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from George Mason University.
