Drew Ades is an experienced leader in the fields of production, finance, and social impact. Currently serving as the Head of Production at The Community Preservation Corporation and a Senior Advisor at RMI, Drew has extensive experience in strategic planning, business development, and capital raising. Previously, Drew held the position of Principal at Triple Line Strategies, where the focus was on addressing economic, social, and environmental challenges. As Senior Vice President at Capital One, Drew oversaw businesses generating approximately $1 billion in annual affordable workforce housing debt and facilitated market expansion. Drew also served as the Founding President and CEO of Housing Partnership Equity Trust and held the role of Director at Fannie Mae. Educational credentials include an MBA in Real Estate from the University of California, Berkeley, Haas School of Business, and a BA in Political Economy from Williams College, complemented by study at Université libre de Bruxelles.
