Brandie Moreno is an experienced professional in the fields of urban planning and housing preservation, currently serving as Vice President at The Community Preservation Corporation since November 2017, after holding roles as Assistant Vice President and Mortgage Officer. Previous experience includes significant positions at the NYC Department of Housing Preservation & Development, where Brandie served as Deputy Director and Senior Project Manager for the LIHTC Preservation Program, as well as a Project Manager at Southside United HDFC. Brandie participated in Cohort 32 of the Coro Leadership New York program and has held various roles in research, teaching, and operations at several organizations, including NYU Wagner and Teach for America. Brandie holds a Master’s degree in Urban Planning from New York University and a Bachelor of Arts in Architecture from Columbia University.
