Elonda Austin has extensive experience in the field of behavioral science and resource parenting. Currently serving as an Office Assistant at Los Angeles City College since October 2021, Elonda has also been a Certified RFA and a previous PS-MAPP Trainer at The Community College Foundation since July 2007, where responsibilities include conducting mandatory training courses for prospective resource parents and developing curriculum focused on critical areas such as managing difficult behaviors and navigating the foster care and mental health systems. Elonda has held additional roles, including FKCE Program Assistant at West Los Angeles College and Parent Partner at SSG/OTTP. Elonda earned a Bachelor of Arts in Applied Behavioral Science from Ashford University and is currently pursuing further education at National University.
