Phillip Chung currently serves as the Senior Director of Learning and Evaluation at The Colorado Health Foundation, a position held since January 2022. Previously, Phillip was the Senior Director of Evaluation and Learning at Mile High United Way from December 2019 to December 2021, and worked as a research and evaluation consultant from January 2015 to November 2019. Phillip also held the role of Assistant Director of Research, Evaluation, and Strategic Learning at The Colorado Trust between October 2010 and January 2015. Early career experiences include positions as a Professional Research Assistant at the University of Colorado Denver and Project Director and Policy Analyst for The Colorado AfterSchool Network. Phillip's background includes work as an Education Program Associate at The Wallace Foundation. Academic credentials consist of a PhD in Health and Behavioral Sciences from the University of Colorado Denver, a Master of Social Work from Columbia University, and a Bachelor of Arts in History from Colorado College.
