Carolina Gorlero is an experienced professional specializing in mental health, training, and support for migrants and refugees. Currently serving as a training expert consultant at the Organización de los Estados Americanos (OEA) and as a mental health and psychosocial support consultant at ONU Migración, Carolina Gorlero also contributes as an external training consultant and academic facilitator with The Colombo Plan. Additional roles include serving as a specialist consultant in mental health training for the Ministerio de Salud de la Nación and as an Impact & Diversity expert at Guayerd. Carolina Gorlero is a founding member of the Asociación Argentina de Salud Mental y Adicciones and has facilitated projects for UNODC. Previous research endeavors include work with Salud Investiga, focusing on barriers and facilitators related to substance use recovery, and a significant leadership role as clinical coordinator at Fundación Convivir.
