Stacy Bergert has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Currently, they are serving as the Sr. Director of Software Engineering at The College Board since February 2022. Prior to this, Stacy held the position of COO, CIO, and Managing Partner at Tesseraic, LLC, where they focused on data integration, business IT integration, application integration, and process integration. Stacy joined Tesseraic in 2006.
Before Tesseraic, Stacy worked at FHLBanks Office of Finance as the Manager of Applications Development from April 2001 to January 2007. Here, they were responsible for overseeing developers and maintaining mission-critical custom applications. Stacy also played a key role in restructuring major development projects to adhere to Agile Development methodology.
Prior to that, Stacy was a Senior Consultant and Senior Software Engineer at Electronic Data Systems from 1999 to 2001. Here, they provided business intelligence, development, and consulting services for government and commercial clients.
Lastly, Stacy's career began at AMS, where they worked as a Consultant and Team Lead from 1996 to 1999.
Overall, Stacy brings a range of expertise in software engineering, data integration, application development, and Agile methodology to their current role at The College Board.
Stacy Bergert holds a Master of Science degree in Management of Information Technology from the University of Virginia. Prior to this, they completed their Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Computer Information Systems at James Madison University.
