Bertrand Njeck is an experienced Oracle Database Administrator with extensive expertise in database monitoring and management in large environments, including databases of up to 10TB. Currently serving as an Oracle DBA at The College Board since December 2014, Bertrand excels in database space management, OEM 12c installation, and configuration, as well as data security measures such as Oracle Transparent Data Encryption and PCI compliance. Prior to this role, Bertrand worked at Citco, focusing on the installation and maintenance of Physical Standby databases using Oracle Data Guard, and at EResearch Technology, where responsibilities included application database upgrades, data modeling, and development of UNIX shell scripts for database monitoring. Bertrand holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from NASPW.
