The Community and Development Management team at The Coffee Oasis spearheads the strategic creation and nurturing of community relationships and developmental initiatives to support the organization's mission. This team focuses on engaging local communities, securing resources, and implementing programs that empower and restore at-risk youth through mentorship, outreach, goal setting, and job training, whilst leveraging the success of the coffee business to fund these endeavors.
