Sandra Elisa Loofbourow is an accomplished coffee consultant and educator with extensive experience in various roles within the coffee industry. Currently serving as a consultant at The Coffee MBA and as a coffee consultant and educator at Loupe Coffee Consulting, Sandra holds certifications as a Q Instructor and has been a certified Q grader since 2015. Previous roles include directing the Good Food Awards and overseeing the Coffee Category, along with managing coffee content at Royal Coffee, Inc. Sandra has also worked in hands-on positions such as head roaster and green buyer at Andytown Coffee Roasters and senior barista at Blue Bottle Coffee. Sandra's educational background includes a BA in Latin American Studies from the University of San Francisco and a Certificate in Court Interpretation from San Francisco State University.
