Prior experience includes Operations Director at Courts Malaysia and multiple impactful positions at Tesco Stores (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd, such as Retail Store Director and Extras Format Director. Brendan has a proven track record of driving business growth, managing high-performing teams, and implementing strategic initiatives across numerous locations. Educational qualifications include a Diploma in Hotel Management from the Institute of Hotel Management NPC at UNITAR, obtained between 1996 and 1998.
