Paula Astudillo has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Paula currently serves as the Design Operations Team Lead at The Cocktail since April 2023. Prior to this, they worked as a Design Operations professional and Senior Design Project Manager at the same company. Before joining The Cocktail, Paula was a Digital Project Manager at Hacce Soluciones TIC from October 2017 to June 2021. Paula also gained experience as a Digital Strategist, Creative Copywriter, Digital Account Executive, and Client Experience Associate at Entropy Marketing Group and Zara. Additionally, Paula worked as a Freelance Journalist from December 2005 to April 2011 and held positions as a Digital Content Manager at Innova Creative Minds and a Reporter at El Mundo and La Voz de Galicia.

Paula Astudillo completed their Licenciatura en Periodismo degree at Universidad Complutense de Madrid from 2001 to 2006. Paula also pursued a degree in Edición de Medios Digitales at Universidad Villanueva during the same period.
