THABILE DUBE is an experienced professional with a strong background in franchise operations and sales management. Currently serving as the Director of Franchise Operations at The Coca-Cola Company since August 2021, Dube previously held the position of Franchise Senior Manager. At PepsiCo, starting from June 2019, Dube works as a Regional Sales Operations Manager. Prior experience includes a role as Group Accounts Manager at Distell and Sales Manager at ABI Bottling (Pty) Ltd, where responsibilities encompassed net revenue growth, market share expansion, and operational efficiency optimization.
