Kimberly Williams is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in manufacturing and operational leadership across various industries. Currently serving as Vice President of Manufacturing (Syrup) at The Coca-Cola Company since November 2023, Kimberly previously held the position of Vice President of Manufacturing at Reynolds American Inc. from August 2022 to July 2023. A long tenure at Diageo from May 2015 to August 2022 included roles such as Director of Global Procurement Excellence and Director of Supplier Diversity for North America, among others. Kimberly has also contributed to QBAN Consulting SAC as Chief Operating Officer, focusing on process optimization and business process management. Early career experiences include leadership positions at Goodyear, Whirlpool Corporation, and Boston Consulting Group, showcasing expertise in lean manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies.
