Jerome (Jerry) Payne is an experienced maintenance professional currently serving as the Maintenance Manager at The Coca-Cola Company since May 2024. Previously, Jerome held several roles at KIK Consumer Products, including Maintenance Supervisor and Production Manager from September 2015 to October 2024. Jerome also worked at Sherwin-Williams as a Maintenance Supervisor Planner and Maintenance Supervisor from July 2006 to September 2015, focusing on maintenance scheduling and employee supervision. Earlier experience includes working as a Product Specialist at Caterpillar from June 2004 to July 2006, where quality inspection and defect entry were key responsibilities.
