Prior roles include Senior Legal Director and Legal Director for Europe at Coca-Cola, where Ingrid was responsible for legal affairs, compliance, and risk management. Ingrid has also held significant positions at Pernod Ricard UK, where the first in-house legal team was established, and the Office of Fair Trading, contributing to high-profile investigations. Prior legal roles encompass positions at H J Heinz Company, Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer, and Clifford Chance, with a foundation in law from The University of Queensland and postgraduate studies in European Competition Law from King's College London. Ingrid Cope is also a member of the Senior Advisory Board for the InterLaw Diversity Forum.
