Brad Williams is an experienced professional in retail marketing and shopper experience, currently serving as Sr. Director of Shopper Creative at The Coca-Cola Company since November 2009. In this role, Brad leads the innovation and commercialization of merchandising solutions while providing expertise to various stakeholders. Previous positions include Senior Manager of Shopper Experience Innovation & Planning and a Consultant in Shopper Marketing Capabilities at Coca-Cola. Before joining Coca-Cola, Brad held the role of Director of Visual Merchandising at Home Depot, where responsibilities included managing the in-store brand experience. Earlier in Brad's career, leadership roles included Marketing Manager at Cooper Lighting and President at Harris Lighting Systems. Brad holds a Bachelor’s degree in Fine Art, Commercial Design from Valdosta State University.
