Nefson Reyes Hernandez is an experienced culinary professional currently working as a Cocinero de línea at The Club at Mediterra since October 2022. Additionally, Nefson has held a position as a Cocinero at Gaylord Texan Resorts in Dallas, Texas since July 2019 and has continued to serve as a Cocinero de línea at Mi Luz De Luna since May 2017. Nefson holds a Licenciatura degree in Cocina y gastronomía from Universidad Salazar, which was completed between 2014 and 2017.
