With extensive experience in culinary and management roles, Clifton functions as a Management and Culinary Specialist for the Accrediting Council for Continuing Education and Training, focusing on accreditation standards for culinary and management programs. Previous positions include Executive Chef at Denton Country Club and Director of Food and Nutrition Services at Arrowhead Regional Medical Center, where Clifton ensured regulatory compliance and enhanced menu offerings. Clifton also consulted for The Humble Chefs, LLC, and SINTO GOURMET LLC, developing recipes and culinary trends.
