Philip Petullo currently serves as the Director of Food and Beverage at The Club at Admirals Cove since March 2021, where previous roles included Executive Sous Chef and Chef. Prior to this position, Philip was the Executive Sous Chef at Boca Raton Resort & Club, a Waldorf Astoria Resort, from September 2017 to March 2021. Philip holds a Certificate in Hospitality and Tourism Management from Florida Atlantic University, earned in 2019, and an Associate of Arts degree in Culinary Arts/Chef Training from the Academy of Culinary Arts, completed in 2008.
