Christophe Joly is an accomplished executive pastry chef with extensive experience in prestigious culinary establishments. Currently serving at The Club at Admirals Cove since October 2020, Joly previously held the position of executive pastry chef at Broken Sound Club from June 2018 to October 2020 and at The Polo Club of Boca Raton from November 2008 to June 2018.
