Karen Brown currently serves as Practice Area Lead and Senior Analyst at The Cloudburst Group since December 2020. Prior to this role, Karen was Vice President of Housing Services at Meridian Behavioral Healthcare, Inc. from January 2013 to December 2020, providing leadership across twelve counties in North Central Florida while managing a team and overseeing various housing initiatives. In previous positions at Meridian, responsibilities included managing compliance for numerous housing leases and implementing protocols that yielded significant revenue growth and reduced expenses. Karen began their career in roles such as Claims Adjuster and holds a Master of Science in Strategic Leadership from Mountain State University and a Bachelor of Science in Food and Resource Economics from the University of Florida.
