Karol Piwnicki is a ServiceNow Technical Architect at The Cloud People Global since January 2022, previously serving as a ServiceNow Developer at Schaeffler for a brief period in late 2021, where responsibilities included internal live instance support and development of an internal shared services platform. Prior to this, Karol worked at Capgemini from December 2017 to October 2021, contributing as both a ServiceNow Developer, focusing on instance development, customization, and support, and as a Tools Analyst, managing internal products for KPI oversight while engaging in JS/PHP development. Karol holds a Master of Engineering in Computer Graphics and a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science from AGH University of Science and Technology, completing the latter in 2020 and the former in 2021.
