Mark Jackson is an experienced product and UX designer with a strong background in eCommerce and user experience strategy. Currently serving as Chief Product Officer at The Cloud Minders since June 2021, Mark has held senior UX design positions at Tractor Supply Company and GE Appliances, focusing on areas like appliance shopping journeys and mobile app design. With earlier roles at Adder Mobile Technologies, Servpal, Deloitte Digital, and 1800flowers.com, Mark has consistently contributed to web and application redesigns, email marketing, and front-end development. Mark holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from the University of Kentucky and a User Experience Design Immersive certification from General Assembly.
