Xuan (Sharon) Yu, CFA, CIA, currently serves as Head of Global Capital Market and Risk Management at The Clorox Company since May 2022, leading global programs in capital market and risk management. Prior experience includes over 13 years at Intel Corporation, where Xuan held multiple positions, culminating as Treasury Director/Controller, directing capital allocation projects and managing global debt issuances. Achievements at Intel include various corporate awards and executing significant share repurchase and venture capital trading programs. Earlier roles at Intel involved managing a $20 billion portfolio and leading audit projects in risk assessments. Xuan began a career at China Merchants Bank as Sr Credit Analyst/Credit Manager and later worked at Brown Brothers Harriman, DTE of MA State, and holds a Master’s degree from Boston College and a Bachelor’s degree from Shenzhen University.
