Tara Wood is an experienced professional with a diverse background in human resources and retail management. Since October 2016, Tara has served as a Benefits Employee Experience Consultant at The Clorox Company, following a role as an HR Employee Resource Coordinator. Prior to this, Tara managed high-volume stores as a Store Manager at Old Navy from June 2005 to February 2010, and as a Store Manager at Gap Inc./Banana Republic from October 2003 to June 2005, where responsibilities included leading a team of management and stock associates. Earlier experience at Macy's from March 1996 to October 2003 included the position of Sales Manager/Merchandise Team Manager, where Tara directed merchandising functions for a multi-million dollar business.
