Joe Chen possesses extensive experience in enterprise architecture and technology integration, currently serving as Director of Enterprise Architecture & HyperAutomation at The Clorox Company. Previous roles include Associate Director positions in both Enterprise Architecture & Integration Solution Delivery and IT Governance, Risk & Compliance. Joe has held a Director role as Principal Enterprise Architect at Kaiser Permanente and has experience as a Manager in Architecture & Systems Technology at Abbott Laboratories. Additionally, Joe has contributed as a Board Member for Court Appointed Special Advocates (CASA) of Alameda County and has a foundation in consulting from Arthur Andersen Business Consulting. Academically, Joe holds a Master's degree in Accounting & Information Management from Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the University of California, Berkeley.
