Marianna Bacher has extensive experience in educational roles, currently serving as a Registered Behavior Technician and Specialized Academic Instruction Assistant at The Classical Academies since August 2020. Prior to this, Marianna worked at Bella Mente Montessori Academy as a Primary Instructional Assistant from 2015 to June 2020, and at Children’s Paradise Preschool as a Teacher Assistant from 2013 to 2015, supporting various age groups. Earlier roles included being a Resource Instructional Assistant for first-grade students at San Marcos Unified School District and a Kindergarten Instructional Assistant at Carlsbad Unified School District. Additionally, Marianna has a strong background in finance, working as a Financial Analyst and Credit Administration Specialist at Sunwest Bank for over a decade and as an Executive Administrative Assistant Office Manager at Business Parks, Inc. Marianna holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from the University of Southern California and a Child Development Assistant Teacher Certificate from MiraCosta College, along with ongoing Montessori training.
