Rickie Basina is an experienced Human Resources professional with a strong background in the hospitality industry. Currently serving as the Human Resources Director at The Citizen Hotel since March 2022, Rickie previously held the position of Human Resources Manager at Morton Golf from October 2019 to March 2022. Prior to that, Rickie worked as the Human Resources/Accounting Manager at Courtyard by Marriott and as a Human Resources/Payroll Specialist and Assistant at Sacramento Marriott Rancho Cordova. Rickie's career began at DoubleTree by Hilton as a Human Resources Coordinator from August 2013 to October 2015.
