Rob Kimmons is an accomplished human resources executive with extensive experience in organizational and talent development across various industries. Currently serving as the Senior Director of Human Resources at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, Rob provides strategic partnership support to executive management in all aspects of human resources, including employee relations, talent management, and performance management. Previous roles include Director of Global Leadership and Organizational Development at NICE Ltd, Manager of Global Talent Management at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, and adjunct professor at Ensign College, where Rob taught business and HR courses.
