Jeffrey Ridge is an experienced operations and management professional with a strong background in customer support and telecommunications. Currently serving as the Managing Director at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints since March 2011, Jeffrey oversees global shared services and maintains relationships with international area offices and headquarters departments. Prior to this role, Jeffrey held multiple leadership positions at Sprint, including National Account Manager and Area Director, focusing on business sales channels and customer relationships. Earlier experience includes significant roles at Verizon Wireless, directing national accounts and call centers, as well as managing outsourcing, customer operations, and accounting. Jeffrey holds an MBA in Management from Golden Gate University and a BS in Accounting from Brigham Young University.
