Eric Conrad currently serves as the Managing Director at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, overseeing Facilities Operations in over 200 countries since May 2023. Prior to this, Eric held the position of Executive Vice President for Education Facilities at JLL, responsible for a large-scale operations portfolio in the United States from September 2021 to April 2023. Eric's experience includes serving as Vice President and Chief Operating Officer at the University of Oklahoma, overseeing operations across three campuses, and as Vice President of Operations at Brigham Young University - Hawaii, managing various facilities and services. Earlier roles at Brigham Young University - Idaho included Managing Director of University Services and Director of Facilities Management, with significant P&L responsibilities. Eric's career began at CBRE, where oversight of 3,100 facilities and a substantial operating budget was a key focus, and also included property management at CenturyLink. Eric holds a B.S. in Facilities Management from Brigham Young University and an MBA from Western Governors University.
