Dilys Alam is an experienced policy advisor currently serving in the Faith and Public Life Department of the Archbishops' Council at The Church of England, focusing on government policies related to migration and justice. Former roles include Director of Work and Health at the Department for Work and Pensions, where leadership aimed at enhancing employment opportunities for disabled individuals and older workers, and Deputy Director of the Youth Justice Policy Unit at the Ministry of Justice, overseeing youth sentencing and community justice policies.
