Andrew Hiscox has extensive experience in project and change management within the financial services sector, having held various roles from project manager to director across multiple organizations. Currently an Ordinand at The Church of England, Andrew has also worked at Nationwide Building Society, where responsibilities included managing regulatory change responses, and at 3Change Ltd, a consultancy specializing in business transformation and project management. Previous roles include significant contributions to major banking projects at RBS, Lloyds Banking Group, and NatWest, including RDR implementation and banking integrations. Andrew holds a Diploma in Theology & Mission from Durham University and multiple qualifications in project management and financial services from esteemed institutions.
