Prior to this role, Erin was the Director of National Field Operations at Ethos Laboratories, managing nearly 400 personnel and successfully restructuring the operations team within six weeks. As Vice President of Laboratory Operations at BrightView, Erin oversaw the collection of over 23,000 toxicology specimens monthly, implemented impactful processes that doubled toxicology volume, and achieved compliance with regulatory standards. Previous experience includes management roles at Cart Solutions, Concentra, The Home Depot, Kohl's, and Reproductive Biology Associates, showcasing a strong background in operations, human resources, and project management.
