Lisa Preston is an experienced professional currently serving as the Pastoral Year Lead at Ercall Wood Academy since April 2024. With a rich background in wellbeing and counseling, Lisa has been a hypnotherapist and trainee counsellor at Step by Step Wellbeing since May 2016, offering a range of services including emotional intelligence coaching and parent support workshops. Prior to this role, Lisa held positions at The Children's Society as Service Manager and Business & Administration Support Officer between July 2022 and April 2024. Other experience includes retail management at Wild Iris Boutique Ironbridge, library assistance at Telford & Wrekin Council, and various roles at Content Words. Lisa's career began with a notable tenure as a Police Constable with the Ministry of Defence Police, where Lisa became a qualified Police Detective in 2011. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's Degree in English Literature from the University of Chester and a Level 3 Diploma in Reflexology from the London School of Reflexology.
