Gemma Buckley currently serves as Team Manager at Brightstar since September 2024. Previously, Gemma held the position of Senior Practitioner and Project Worker at The Children's Society from November 2020 to September 2024. Prior experience includes Programme Coordinator at Landau Ltd from June 2018 to November 2020, where responsibilities involved coordinating the In2 NEETs program across Shropshire, as well as serving as an IPS Employment Specialist, providing tailored support for primary mental health patients in employment. Earlier, Gemma worked as an Employability Tutor at Interserve Learning & Employment from July 2016 to July 2018, focusing on preparing young people for training, education, and employment. Gemma began the professional journey as an Employability/Health & Safety Tutor at Adult Education Wolverhampton from February 2013 to July 2016. Academic credentials include a DTLLS in Education from the University of Staffordshire (2011-2013) and further studies at Stonebridge College.
