Janeen Rabinowitz is an experienced professional in people analytics and organizational effectiveness, currently working at Boston Children's Hospital in the People Insights, Analytics & Strategy team since October 2022. Prior to this role, Janeen served as the People Analytics Lead for North America at Kuehne+Nagel and held the position of Global HR Operations, Senior Manager of People Analytics at Essence. Additional experience includes consulting in organizational effectiveness and HR shared services, as well as leadership roles in operations and administration across various organizations. Janeen co-founded Polline USA, Inc., where a significant contribution included serving as General Manager for North America. Academic achievements include an M.A. in Retail Management and Merchandising from Polimoda and a B.A. in Multi-Disciplinary Studies with a focus on Psychology and Sociology from Stony Brook University.
