Denise Blackburn Frassinelli is a Certified Public Accountant with extensive experience in accounting and finance. Currently serving as the Director of Accounting at Children's Hospital of Philadelphia, Denise has held various positions, including Finance General Accounting Manager and Lead Staff Accountant. Prior roles include Senior Corporate Accountant at Brixmor, Senior Staff Accountant at both WeiserMazars LLP and LECG, and Finance Assistant at Mercy Health System of Southeastern Pennsylvania. Denise holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from West Chester University of Pennsylvania, having completed studies in 2008 and furthering education from 2012 to 2014.
