Aladdin Ibrahem is an experienced Information Technology professional with a strong background in managing IT operations and cloud services. Currently serving as the Information Technology Manager at The Children's Aid Society of Ottawa since September 2022, Ibrahem leads the IT strategy for an organization dedicated to assisting children, overseeing the technology lifecycle for over 500 employees. Prior to this role, Ibrahem held various senior positions at Orange Business Services from August 2013 to December 2022, including managing public cloud build teams, cloud operations, and monitoring operations. Previous experience includes roles at Mantrac International Group as Group Data Centers Administrator and at Telecom Egypt as System Administrator. Ibrahem holds a BSc in Electrical Engineering, specializing in Communications, Electronics, and Computer Engineering from the Higher Institute of Engineering, Al Shrouk Academy.
