Michelle Pena is an experienced leader in digital programs and gaming technology, currently serving as the Digital Program Director for The Chickasaw Nation since June 2024 and also holding the position of President at BDF Consulting. From July 2022 to December 2023, Michelle was the Executive Director of PMO and Gaming Operations at Wondr Nation. Prior positions include Vice President of CXS Service and Support at Aristocrat and Vice President of Gaming Technology at Caesars Entertainment, Inc., where responsibilities involved overseeing gaming systems compliance and managing a substantial annual gaming budget. Michelle holds a Bachelor of Arts and Science in Political Science from The University of Memphis.
