Colleen Collins Josellis is the Executive/Personal Assistant to the GM at the Chicago Bears. Colleen has over 20 years of experience as an executive/personal assistant, providing remote, confidential executive and personal support to professionals in a variety of industries. In their previous role at Three Fish Capital, they were responsible for acting as gatekeeper for all business and personal matters, travel and schedule management, correspondence, project supervision, oversight of several residences and any additional tasks necessary to facilitate their clients' professional and personal goals. Prior to that, they worked with the J Noah Management Team as a Personal/Executive Assistant to a professional athlete, managing their calendars, correspondence, travel, schedules, residences and staff. In addition to their administrative roles, Colleen has also been owner of Organized Chaos Plus Coaching + Organizing since 2003.

Colleen Collins Josellis received their Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from Michigan State University. Colleen also holds a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree from Michigan State University.

Colleen Collins Josellis reports to Ryan Poles, General Manager. They are on a team with Blair Hitchcock - Director, Sports Nutrition, Matt Eberflus - Head, Coach, and Ian Cunningham - Assistant GM.
