Adrian Cosma is an experienced supply chain leader currently serving as the Supply Chain & Procurement Global Transformation Leader and Head of EMEA Supply Chain & Global Center of Excellence for Titanium Technologies at The Chemours Company since January 2023. With a robust background at Philip Morris International from March 2008 to June 2022, Adrian successfully managed various roles, including Manager Supply Chain Projects for the EU Region, where a project team achieved significant improvements in supply planning and digitalization. Other noteworthy positions included leadership of supply planning for Western European markets, capacity planning initiatives, and factory logistics management, all geared towards enhancing efficiency and responsiveness. Prior experience includes a role at Alcoa focused on production planning and material coordination. Adrian holds a Licentiate degree in Law from Constantin Brancoveanu University and has specialized training in Lean Manufacturing through the Toyota Production System.
