Nancy Guérin is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project management, process design, and operational leadership across various sectors. As the Managing Director and Founder of The Cheese Wheel since December 2018, Nancy has played a vital role in supporting New Zealand artisan cheese makers through a digital platform. Prior to this, Nancy served as a Programme Lead at Maritime New Zealand, where a transformational organizational strategy was implemented. Previous roles at NZ Police involved designing efficient processes and services, while work at Cardno International Development focused on emergency operational design. Nancy's background also includes significant business improvement roles at BNZ, MartinJenkins, and global initiatives at Sun Chemical. With educational credentials in Analytical Chemistry from the University of Paris and the University of Brittany, Nancy combines technical expertise with a strong track record in improving operational efficiencies and delivering strategic projects.
