James Gibson is an accomplished professional in the construction management sector, currently serving as VP of Preconstruction & Estimating at Emerald Ironworks, Inc. since October 2018 and as Director at Core Two since August 2019. With additional credentials as a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS) and Member of the Chartered Institute of Building (MCIOB), James has demonstrated expertise in estimating and financial control.
