Phil Johnson has extensive experience in leadership and management roles within various organizations. Currently serving as Life Care Pastor and Singles Ministry Director at The Chapel since May 2016, Phil has previously held significant positions at Ambassador Enterprises, LLC from June 2013 to May 2016, including Non Profit Investing Strategic Relationships Manager and Operations Administrator. Prior experience includes serving as Director of Member Engagement and Director of Member Services at the YMCA of Greater Fort Wayne from August 2009 to June 2013, as well as Director of Communications and Events and Campus Life Director at Youth for Christ from August 2000 to August 2009. Phil holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Taylor University and a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Business Administration from the same institution.
