Jennifer Polizzi is an experienced Human Resources Specialist with a strong background in employee management and compliance. Currently serving at The Chapel since November 2017, Jennifer facilitates on-boarding and off-boarding processes, ensures biweekly payroll accuracy, implements company policies, and fosters an inclusive workplace culture. Prior experience includes a role as a Human Resources Assistant at Pioneer Center for Human Services from 2004 to 2011. Jennifer holds two Associate's degrees from McHenry County College, one in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration and another in Business Administration and Management.
