Natalie joined the Society in May 2022.

As well as founding and running her own consultancy business, Natalie has a wealth of strategic and operational HR experience which she has gained over 20 years working within the finance, retail, consulting, and construction sectors.

Natalie's vision is to focus on developing their people strategies to ensure that we can continue to make a real difference through their great colleagues.
