Throughout a career spanning over three decades, Jennifer has expertly managed various initiatives, including CRM needs assessments, database management, and the expansion of sales strategies, resulting in significant membership growth. In previous positions, responsibilities included coordinating marketing materials, developing new services, and overseeing interdepartmental teams. Jennifer holds a Master's degree in Business Administration from Saint Joseph's University and a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Pennsylvania State University.
